Account and orders

Provide accurate contact and order details and keep access to your account secure. Check the product, quantity, price, collection or delivery choice and payment method before submitting. The recorded order shows the selected terms; an order acknowledgement is not proof of payment, readiness for collection or delivery.

Prices and payment

The checkout settlement currency is UAE dirhams (AED). Other displayed currencies are estimates. The final checkout total and any disclosed charges must be reviewed before ordering. Cash payment and store pickup are available where offered at checkout. Online card payment and saved-card facilities are not currently enabled. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes in chat or messages. Any correction affecting an agreed price or order requires communication with you and a lawful resolution; additional charges require your agreement.

Pickup, delivery and installation

For pickup, contact us to confirm the collection location and readiness before travelling. Delivery dates and charges apply only when specifically offered and agreed. A product name or Sara suggestion alone does not establish fitment to a particular vehicle. Share the vehicle model, year, trim and existing system, and obtain written confirmation of compatibility, included parts, installation scope and any separate charge before approving installation. Installation is included only when expressly stated in the order or written quotation.

Returns and warranties

See our Returns and Defective Goods Policy. Its 14-day change-of-mind option is a voluntary store policy, not a statement of a universal statutory cooling-off period. Mandatory remedies for defective, unsafe or non-conforming goods and services remain available under applicable UAE law. Product-specific warranty details must be supplied in writing; this page does not invent a general warranty duration or remove statutory protection.

Sara and customer service

Sara provides automated assistance and can use information from your authenticated customer account for supported features. A reply alone does not confirm a refund, payment, message delivery or other action; use the recorded action result or contact us for verification. You may request human assistance. Do not try to access another customer's account, private business information or the service's security controls.

Cancellation and complaints

Where the account offers cancellation for an unpaid order, use that facility; otherwise contact us before fulfilment. A request is not a confirmed cancellation until the order record or our confirmation shows it. Raise complaints using the contact details above and keep your order number and relevant evidence. You may also approach the competent UAE consumer-protection authority or courts; contacting us does not waive that right.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable UAE law governs these terms, including mandatory consumer protections. No term excludes a remedy, liability or right that the law does not permit us to exclude. Later policy changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an existing order.
