Information used
We use information you provide, such as your name, email, telephone number, account-verification details, order and payment-status records, collection or delivery information, preferences and support or Sara conversations. Operational data can include session identifiers, browser or device information and security logs. Provide only information needed for your request. The current checkout does not request online card details and does not offer saved cards. Do not put card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time codes in messages: message content may be retained.
Purposes and basis
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify email, recover access, process requested purchases, provide support and required notices, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records. Processing relies on your request or contract, applicable legal duties or another basis permitted by UAE law; where consent is required, it must be obtained. Accepting these terms or placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Optional marketing requires a separate valid choice and can be stopped.
Messages, Sara and providers
Google/Gmail is used for transactional email. WhatsApp and its service providers may process your number and transaction-message content when that channel is used for your order or support. Necessary information is also handled by the storefront's technical hosting and Sara processing services. Authenticated Sara functions are intended to use your own account context; automated text alone is not a receipt for a completed action. You may contact the store for human assistance. Providers may process information outside the UAE; any transfer must meet applicable legal conditions and safeguards. You may ask us about recipients and transfer arrangements.
Storage, security and browser data
Necessary cookies or browser storage support sign-in, carts, selected preferences and security. Blocking them can prevent these functions from working. Access to personal information is limited to those who need it for the stated services. Data is kept only as necessary for those purposes, applicable record-keeping duties and the handling of disputes or claims, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. An account-deletion request does not automatically erase records the law requires to be retained. No claim is made that every record is stored only in the UAE.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, or raise concerns about an automated decision. Use the contact above; we may request proportionate identity verification to protect your account. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing already completed and may not end processing required for a contract or legal duty. You may raise a privacy complaint with the competent authority.
